National Coalition of ARPA Recipients and Sub-Recipients

 Greetings!

This blog is intended to support the 4,764 recipients and estimated 100,000 sub-recipients of the American Rescue Program Act funding who receive State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds.  Learning from federal and state sources, and from each of its members, it will operate on the belief that sharing lessons learned and ongoing collaboration will improve the effectiveness of the implementation of this enormous public project.

The National Coalition of ARPA Recipients and Sub-Recipients, a California public benefit nonprofit corporation, was incorporated on Feb 1, 2022.  Awaiting confirmation by the California Secretary of State, we are beginning to acquire additional materials of interest to our members.
